§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, whether he will publish in the Official Report the latest estimates of the capial expenditure of the following district council authorities in Staffordshire for the year 1981–82, as indicated by the fourth quarter capital expenditure returns for 1981–82 in relation to their capital expenditure allocations for the same year: Staffordshire Moorland, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, East Staffordshire, South Staffordshire, Cannock Chase, Lichfield and Tamworth.
