Mr. James Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will reconsider his decision not to make funds available to prevent flooding of the River Rhymney, in the vicinity of houses close to Llanrumney high school, taking into account the opinion of the Welsh Water Authority that such a scheme is necessary and that there are strong grounds for seeking reconsideration of the Welsh Office's decision not to give grant-aid.
