§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe report contains 115 recommendations covering a wide and potentially conflicting range of interests. We have consulted widely on it and we have also had detailed discussions with interested organisations on some of the problems highlighted by the report. We hope to announce our response later this year.
