§ Mr. OnslowThe particular events raised in the European Parliament resolution of 11 June 1980 have not been discussed by the Ten.
The Ten have made clear their concern about violations of human rights in Latin America and in particular in Argentina on many occasions. They have done so both in international organisations and in direct contacts with the countries concerned. The United Kingdom has played a full part in these representations.
