§ Mr. HurdThe Council's 1982 Budget contains a contingency reserve of 1.2 million ecu (£627,600 at the 1982 budget rate of exchange of 1.91 ecu to the pound). It is impossible at this stage to say what item, if any, is likely to be a charge on this.
