  • The Health Service Supply Council
  • The Rampton Hospital Review Board
  • The Board of Governors of the Hospitals for Sick Children The Board of Governors of the National Hospitals for Nervous Diseases
  • The Board of Governors of Moorfields Eye Hospital
  • The Bethlem Royal Hospital and The Maudsley Hospital Health Authority
  • The Board of Governors of the National Heart and Chest Hospitals
  • The Board of Governors of the Royal Marsden Hospital
  • The Hammersmith Special Health Authority
