§ Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will seek to amend the law to provide that local authorities may specify the provision of public facilities on estates being developed by private developers, where houses have been sold, but the roads and services are unadopted, remaining under the control of the developer.
§ Mr. Allan StewartThe Stodart Committee has made certain recommendations concerning this problem and discussions are now taking place with the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities.
