§ Mr. Proctorasked the Prime Minister which Department of State is responsible for dealing with the financial aspects of the Polish situation so far as they affect the United Kingdom.
§ The Prime MinisterGeneral responsibility rests with Her Majesty's Treasury in consultation with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Export Credits Guarantee Department.
