Mr. Marlow askedthe Secretary of State for Trade whether arising out of the case between Mrs. Valerie Turner and the Prudential Assurance Company, he will seek to amend the law to reinstate the ability of insurance companies to arrange premiums and benefits according to the actuarial probabilities of different groupings of people, including classification by sex.
