§ Mr. Bruce-GardyneHer Majesty's Customs and Excise maintain one training establishment as such at Carby House, Southend-on-Sea, which houses its staff responsible for the research, design and development of training and for overall administrative and financial control of all training in the Department. The86W establishment also mounts practical training courses. Facilities for training are also available in London and Southend headquarters and in the regional collections.
