§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Attorney-General how many applications have been made for the discharge of receivership orders in each of the last three years; and, of these, how many have been successful.
The Solicitor-General[pursuant to his reply, 8 February 1982, c. 283]: In each of the years 1979, 1980 and 1981 respectively, 48, 45 and 59 applications were made for the discharge of receivership orders. Although precise figures are unavailable it is rare for such an application to be unsuccessful.
