§ Mr. AlisonI have noted the findings of the attitude survey to which my hon. Friend has drawn attention. In the White Paper "A New Training Initiative: A programme for Action" (Cmnd 8455) we have emphasised the need for wider opportunities for the training and retraining of adults and flexibility and adaptability in the training provided.
