§ The Prime MinisterThere is no overlap. As my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment told the House—[Vol 17, c.465]—on 11 February, the Under-Secretary of State for the Environment, my hon. Friend the Member for Ealing, Acton (Sir G. Young) takes special responsibility for matters concerned with race relations in the Department of the Environment's field of activity.
