§ Mr. David MitchellDuring the period 1 August 1981 to 31 January 1982 I received 16 complaints about the condition of minor roads—that is, class III and unclassified roads. Of that number, nine had previously been brought to the attention of the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland.
