Mr. Proctor

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he is satisfied with the progress made by the London borough of Waltham Forest council with regard to applications by their tenants in Billericay and Wickford under the right-to-buy legislation;

(2) if the London borough of Waltham Forest council has adhered to the timetable agreed with his Department for the sale of homes to tenants living in Billericay and Wickford; and if he will make a statement;

(3) how many tenants of the London borough of Waltham Forest council living in Billericay and Wickford applied to buy their homes under the right-to-buy legislation; and how many completions have been agreed.
