§ Mr. Giles ShawStructure plans are not updated on a regular basis but local planning authorities are required to keep them under review and to propose alterations as necessary. Population projections are produced by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys on a county basis; separate figures are not available for central and west Berkshire. The most up-to-date figures for the county on a 1979 base are as follows:
