§ Mr. Giles ShawAbout 27 per cent. of partnership authorities' expenditure under the urban programme in 1981–82 will be on projects aimed directly at job creation or preservation. A further 30 per cent. or so will be on other projects whose main aim is economic regeneration; through environmental or transport improvements, for example.
