§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Manpower Services Commission's policy since 1975 has been that group training schemes should move towards financial self-sufficency, though it has been prepared to offer limited funds on a selective basis to help groups establish themselves. There are currently no proposals for major changes in this policy.
