For a more up-to-date estimate I ask my hon. Friend to wait for the forthcoming public expenditure White Paper, to be published next month.
§ Mr. Marlowasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will set out in the Official Report for each of the last 10 years the gross costs of administration of the European Economic Community under the following headings: (a) the European Commission; staff pay, (b) the European Commission; other expenditure, (c) the European Assembly, (d) the Council of Ministers, (e) the Court of Justice, the Courts of Auditors and (g) other administrative costs, and total costs.
