§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will consider providing the necessary funds and facilities to provide Dundee with a renewal of its sewerage system incorporating biotechnological processes.
Mr. RilkindTayside regional council's plans for expenditure on Dundee sewerage facilities will be taken into consideration when my right hon. Friend issues consents shortly for capital expenditure in 1982–83 and guidelines for future years. It is for the council to decide what priority to give to Dundee sewerage within its overall programme.
