§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to expedite his decision with regard to an application made on behalf of certain farmers in the parish of Llanfairtalhaiarn, Abergele, Clwyd, on 3 September 1981 for permission to erect fences, stiles and gates on common land within that parish.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsThere are currently two such applications. One has attracted statutory objections but decisions will be issued as soon as possible. I shall also write to my hon. and learned Friend in response to his recent letter.
