§ Mr. WigginFor ceremonial purposes, the Ministry of Defence is categorised as a Government building and not as an operational headquarters. Like other Government buildings, it observes full flag dressing for appointed flag 145W days whenever they fall. In addition, the Union flag, the three Service ensigns, and the combined Services flag are flown during the normal working week.
