§ Mr. Altonasked the Attorney-General when he intends to bring into force the extension of legal aid to the parents in child care cases, as provided for in section 65 of the Children Act 1975.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergI have been asked to reply. Section 65 of the Children Act 1975 is already in force, but its effect is limited until section 64 is full implemented. We hope to implement section 64 in fully as soon as the necessary resources become available.
