§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsPlans are in hand to build six new hospitals, expand four others and build 11 new clinics. This will increase the provision of hospital beds in the New Territories from 5,292 at present to 12,600 by 1991, and the number of clinic consulting rooms from 109 to 263.
