§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, when he will be in a position to publish the Rayner report into possible changes to the Road Traffic Act in respect of payments by insurance companies in road traffic accident fees.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergI have recently received the report and am currently considering its recommendations and questions of consultation and publication. I shall write to the hon. Member in due course.
