§ Mr. Meacherasked the Minister for Trade if his Department has received the report due under the European Economic Community code of conduct from Burmah Oil regarding levels of payment of the South African employees of its subsidiary Quinton Hazell; if so, how many are being paid by this latter company below the supplemented living level; and how this number compared with previous years.

It is not the Government's policy to comment on details from reports from individual companies, but the report is available on application to the company. The company's reports in previous years are available in the Library of the House.
