§ Mr. Wyn RobertsProvisional figures submitted by Radnor district council for the financial year 1981–82 indicate that 24 per cent. of the housing investment allocation and 52 per cent. of the combined housing investment allocation, plus all receipts from sales of assets, were unspent. It is not yet possible to give a reliable estimate of the likely level of expenditure for individual authorities in the current year.
