§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy right hon. Friend and I talk very frequently to the chairman of the Manpower Services Commission about the public employment service. We are concerned to ensure that we get the best possible value for the large sums of taxpayers' money spent on the service, and to reduce costs wherever that is possible.
