§ Mr. WaddingtonMerseyside already has the benefit of more Government incentives to stimulate employment opportunities than any other area in Great Britain. The best way of helping all those who are unemployed on Merseyside and throughout the country is to get the economy right. Our success in bringing down inflation and interest rates will provide the basis of a sustained recovery.
