Whether they will state the number of applications referred to medical tribunals under the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979, showing for each tribunal, how many were allowed and how many disallowed.
§ Lord Trefgarne1,420 applications have been referred to the independent medical tribunals. 91 applications have been withdrawn at the request of the applicant and 99 are awaiting a hearing, most of them at the request of the applicant. Information about the cases heard by tribunals up to 12th November is as follows:
