§ Mr. Peter WalkerButter benefiting from the special Community subsidy is being allocated to the trade in proportion to its normal market shares. The trade itself is responsible for arranging sales and distribution over the coming weeks, and I am sure that it will be fair in dealing with its own customers, both large and small.
