§ Mr. RossiA precise figure is not available, but it is estimated as between 495,000 and 540,000. This represents between 75 per cent. and 82 per cent. of all invalidity pensioners. Claimants in receipt of both invalidity allowance and supplementary benefit would not in general have benefited by the restoration, but the number of people in this position is not known.
