§ Mr. NewtonA wide range of publicity measures is already employed to ensure that eligible families are aware of possible entitlement to supplementary benefit and family income supplement. It includes the use of leaflets, posters, various agencies and authorities and in the case of FIS mass media campaigns involving press and television. Such a campaign has only recently been completed.
