§ Mr. RossiAs I indicated to the right hon. Member during the debate on 22 November—[Vol. 32, c. 618]—preparations are in hand for a project to obtain comprehensive information about disabled people. These preparations are at an early stage and it is not possible for me to add anything further at present.
