Whether they have any plans to hold talks with members of the Provisional Sinn Fein during their anticipated visit to the Greater London Council.

No; and, as my noble friend will be aware, my right honourable friend the Home Secretary signed exclusion orders on 8th December in respect of the Sinn Fein members in question.
