§ Mr. Giles ShawIf the proposed opencast mining operations in the vicinity of Bermuda village are approved by the Department of Energy and the site is then worked and restored, this seems likely to assist the implementation of the Nuneaton and Bedworth urban structure plan. In particular, policy 4B which makes provision for land for new industrial development at Bermuda—phase 2—and policy 7A relating to the reclamation of derelict land are relevant.
