§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe training and education of staff in mental hospitals is a matter for the professional bodies concerned, and for hospital managers. The Department will be circulating a memorandum of guidance on the Act to these bodies well before the Act is implemented on 30 September 1983.
