§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if his Department will consider the provision at three-monthly intervals of a register detailing the length of hospital waiting lists, as recommended by the South Gwent community health council.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergI understand that the community health council in Gwent has recommended that the Association of Community Health Councils should establish a central register of information concerning the state of waiting lists for different specialties in various parts of England and Wales. It is, of course, for the association to consider this recommendation.
