§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many mentally-disordered prisoners were released at the expiry of their sentences in (a) 1981 and (b) so far in 1982 because no hospital would accept them; what were their dates of release, ages, sex and convictions; and what further offences they have committed since release.
