§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list for each of the last 15 years the percentage of births to mothers born outside the United Kingdom for each (a) London borough and (b) non-London borough where the figure is 25 per cent. or more; if he will set out the figures in descending percentage order; and if he will give the overall percentage for London.
