§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what has been the percentage of expenditure by the Welsh Development Agency for each year since 1976–77 on (a) industrial investment, (b) advisory services, (c) promotion and publicity, (d) the small business unit, (e) industrial sites, premises and infrastructure and (f) land reclamation and environmental improvement, respectively;
(2) if he will list the firms in which the Welsh Development Agency has investments; and what is the total amount and nature of each of those investments;
