§ Mr. Michael RobertsWork on the Morfa diversion has recently been completed and that on the Llanychairn Bridge/Llanfarian village improvement will be completed shortly. Further schemes of improvement in the firm programme which could start in the next two years, subject to the successful completion of preparatory work and availability of resources, are at Penparc (Provision of footways), at Pont Rhyd Llwyncelyn and at Aberarth.
