§ Mr. Dewarasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish for each district and island authority in Scotland the numbers of dwellings which he expects will be sold in 1982–83, and the proportion which he expects will be funded by sources other than local authority loans, in order to provide the capital receipts used in the calculation of housing capital allocations, announced on 22 January.

Member to the second column—i.e. "Estimated Receipts"—of the table provided today in reply to his question about capital allocations and related matters. The calculation of receipts in each case depends on a number of matters other than those to which the hon. Member refers and I shall write to him shortly about the methods used.
