§ Mr. Norman LamontMr. John Steele, executive vice chairman of British Shipbuilders' offshore division and formerly part-time member of the British Shipbuilders board has accepted the Secretary of State's invitation to serve as a full-time member for a term of three years from 19 March 1982. Mr. Stanley Harding and Mt. John Gardiner have been reappointed as part-time members.
