§ Mr. Wyn RobertsSince 4 December 1981, my right hon. Friend and I have received letters from the district authorities of Afan, Ceredigion, Dwyfor, Islwyn, Newport and Wrexham Maelor and from the Dyfed county council. Three—Ceredigion, Dwyfor and Dyfed county councils—sought clarification of the Government's policy; the remainder expressed opposition to large scale development which would mainly provide second homes.
