§ Mr. Frank R. White asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he intends to amend the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act 1974 as proposed by the interim action committee so that investment in feature film production can be regarded as relevant expenditure for deduction for the purposes of calculating excess profits tax.
