§ Mr. Lyellasked the Secretary of State for Trade what representations he has received concerning risks to the continuance of the export trade by United Kingdom pharmaceutical manufacturers and other export trades to the Sudan as a result of the proposed withdrawal by the Export Credits Guarantee Department of cover other than in cases where business is covered by confirmed irrevocable letter of credit; and if he will make a statement.
