§ Mr. Stephen Rossasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he anticipates publishing the draft regulations under the Transport Act 1981 relating to the provision of road humps.
§ Mr. Kenneth Clarke:We shall not publish these regulations in draft, but we shall, of course, consult interested representative organisations on them. I hope to have a draft ready to show them early next year.
