§ Mr. Gordon Wilson asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will publish figures to show the number of students in England and Wales who, in the academic year 1981, were in receipt of grant assistance for a foundation course leading to entry to an art degree course; and whether he has any plans to restrict or withdraw such grants in the future.
