asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the purpose of the extensive work now being undertaken at the Manod slate quarry, Blaenau Ffestiniog; how much it will cost; whether it is intended to shelter persons as well as art treasures; and why lawn mowers and computers have been installed.
